- Becomes an expert on the Badgeville platform
- Works with Product Management to create comprehensive product documentation and FAQs to support every release
- Works with technical staff to create functional and technical FAQs for our developer community
- Updates existing content in the knowledge base and community
- Supports creating winning marketing content used in the sales process
Skills Required:
- You must be an excellent writer with an eye for detail
- Be competent with a variety of content creation tools: MS Word, PowerPoint, wikis, PaintShop Pro or similar image editing app, any video editing app.
- Have a minimum of four years’ experience writing documentation
- Have software industry especially, SaaS or social media
Preferred:
- Be a strong self-started with a passion for conceiving valuable content and bringing it to life
- Have some technical skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- Are exceptionally organized while working on multiple projects
