Our sales team is growing to support the incredible demand for our social loyalty and analytics platform and we are looking for the best of the best to play a key role in our growth.
Based in our Menlo Park headquarters, you will join as an important member of our existing, direct sales team responsible for qualifying, managing and closing new business.
Role and responsibility
- Work with everyone from up-and-coming startups to major global brands across a wide-range of industry verticals: Advertising/Marketing, Retail, and Technology, just to name a few.
- Have high-energy, creativity, drive, and the ability to communicate persuasively within all levels of an organization, including and especially the C-suite.
- Actively create and manage the entire sales process, including: prospecting, qualifying, developing relationships, building business cases, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
- Have a proven track record for developing and closing new business, experience working in a process-oriented sales environment, and the ability to be both strategic and transactional.
- Be a team player with a sense of a humor and a competitive streak.
- Consistently exceed quarterly sales quotas.
To be considered, you’ll have:
- 8 -10+ years of direct software sales, with 2-3 years related to selling to marketing organizations
- Major bonus points for analytics services, social networking tools or engagement tools
- A good understanding of the Social Media landscape, tools and techniques.
- A relentless personality balanced by a strong team-orientation.
- A proven, successful sales record of consistently exceeding assigned goals.
- BS/BA required
