Sales Executive - New York at Badgeville, Inc. in Brooklyn, NY

Badgeville, the Behavior Platform is looking for experienced Sales Executives in New York City.   You’ll work with everyone from up-and-coming startups, to large Enterprise organizations, to major global brands across a wide-range of industry verticals: Media/Entertainment, Advertising/Marketing, Retail, and Technology, to name just a few.  We’re looking for people with high-energy, creativity, drive, and the ability to communicate persuasively within all levels of an organization, including and especially the C-suite.

Our Sales Executives actively create and manage the entire business development process, including: prospecting, qualifying, developing relationships, building business cases, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for developing and closing new business, experience working in a complex, process-oriented sales environment, and the ability to be both strategic and transactional.  You must be a team player with a sense of a humor and a competitive streak.

This position is based in New York City, NY

 

Job Specifics:

A Badgeville Sales Executive:

  • Actively builds and manages a strong pipeline to generate new opportunities
  • Conducts conference calls, web-based briefings, and in-person meetings to qualify opportunities and to communicate the value of the Badgeville platform.
  • Actively and accurately updates and maintains client database for all accounts and prospects.
  • Consistently meets and exceeds quarterly sales quotas.

 

Job Requirements:

The ideal Sales Executive candidate will have:

  • 8-10+ Years of relevant experience with at least 3 years selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.
  • A good understanding of the Social Media landscape, tools and techniques.
  • A relentless personality balanced by a strong team-orientation.
  • A successful sales record of consistently exceeding assigned goals.
  • BS/BA or equivalent education and relevant experience
