Technical Account Manager at Badgeville, Inc. in Menlo Park, CA

A Technical Account Manager:

 

  • Owns the technical success of customer implementations
  • Partners with producers to provide excellent project-based customer service
  • Educates the customer about product features and the integration process
  • Responds to implementation questions from customer developers
  • Reviews customer technical designs and code, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Provides technical guidance in sales meetings
  • Builds relationships with customer development teams
  • Documents solutions and contributes to our knowledge base and developer community

 

Requirements:

  • Computer science/engineering degree
  • Expertise in at least one major programming language
  • 2+ years of experience in a developer role
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer facing role
  • 5+ years total experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • A passion for learning

 

Preferred:

  • Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS and AJAX
  • Experience with web development using server-side scripting languages like PHP or Ruby
  • Experience with RESTful APIs
  • Experience with document-based databases, e.g., MongoDB

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer
